Fr. Roach, a devout Catholic priest, was martyred for the faith, giving the inn a profound sense of holiness and reverence. Overlooking a historic graveyard and situated beside a church, it offers a peaceful setting for prayer, reflection, and spiritual retreat.
Guests can relax and dine in the beautiful dining room, gather beside the main-floor fireplace, unwind in the welcoming foyer, or sit on the wraparound porch and take in the sweeping views of the rolling countryside.

Unique Charm
Jodie Christie...
A woman of many talents, Jodie has served as a Catholic family physician in Ontario for 25 years and now works as a coroner for PEI. She also owns and operates Bristow's Inn in Elmira, Ontario.
She is a proud mother of 9 children and 8 grandchildren and an avid lover of Collies and Shelties. In particular, she is inspired to bring light to the religious and cultural significance of St. Joseph's inn which housed a little-known martyr of the Catholic faith.
She, along with her furry doggy companions, hopes every guest will discover the same charm that captured her heart while enjoying a peaceful and comfortable place to rest.
